      <title>What is Demand Management</title>

      <description>Demand Management is the practice of adjusting room rates over a specified time period ( typically the next 3 weeks ) based on the occupancy level of the hotel.&lt;BR&gt;
&lt;BR&gt;
If&amp;nbsp;your hotel is near full occupancy you would not dicount your rooms, whereas if the hotel is nearly empty then a larger discount would be applied. The following table shown an example.&lt;BR&gt;
&lt;BR&gt;

            &lt;TD style="WIDTH: 200px"&gt;0% - 20% full&lt;/TD&gt;
            &lt;TD&gt;30% discount&lt;/TD&gt;
        &lt;/TR&gt;
        &lt;TR&gt;
            &lt;TD&gt;21% - 50% full&lt;/TD&gt;
            &lt;TD&gt;20% discount&lt;/TD&gt;
        &lt;/TR&gt;
        &lt;TR&gt;
            &lt;TD&gt;51% - 75% full&lt;/TD&gt;
            &lt;TD&gt;10% discount&lt;/TD&gt;
        &lt;/TR&gt;
        &lt;TR&gt;
            &lt;TD&gt;76% - 100% full&lt;/TD&gt;
            &lt;TD&gt;0 discount &lt;/TD&gt;
        &lt;/TR&gt;
    &lt;/TBODY&gt;
