AccuBook Booking Engine Version 4 has now been released, making it one of the most advanced Booking Engines on the market.
The login for the booking engine is now located on our website http://www.accubook.net/, any previous pages you were using should re direct to this page where you can logon using the usual login and password.
The basic functionality remains the same however, so you should not need any extra training to explain how Version 4 works. The basic new features of AccuBook Version 4 are;
- Connectivity to most of the other major Booking Engines (no more time consuming management of multiple booking engines).
- Demand Management - Simply entering your hotels occupancy will AUTOMATICALLY recalculate the optimal daily rate.
- Simplicity - Logging on takes you direct to just one main 'allocation screen' where most of the features that a busy reservations manager usually requires are located.
Other Features;
- Rates on Specific Days can be fixed (ie Bank Holidays etc)
- Accidental entries ie 10 for a room price instead of 100 will display a warning.
Advanced reporting;
- Reservations can be searched for by Date Booked
- Reservations can be searched for by Date Arriving
- Reservations can be searched for by Customer Name
Graphs and Statistics;
- Graphs show revenue broken down between Packages, Rooms and Vouchers.
- Graphs show your revenue compared with other hotels in your group (But the other hotels cannot be identified).
