January 2008 will see the release of AccuBooks Loyalty Scheme Module.
The Booking Engine will detect during the booking process guests who have booked online before, and offer a series of rewards defined by the hotel, depending on how often they have booked.
For example 'Hotel A' may decide to offer a free pre dinner drink on their second visit to the hotel and a bar snack on their third visit, right up to a free nights accommodation on the eigth visit.
The hotel has to do very little except define the rewards. After that the Booking Engine does all the work, simply 'stamping' on the E Mail Confirmation to the Hotel and the Customer the reward they have obtained.
This scheme is ideal for hotels who are looking to attract repeat business from their Corporate Guests.
