Hotel Managers New Years Online resolutions.
In 2007 I will;
- Double my online bookings.
- Generate a good quality Customer Database and ensure that we have a good system for gathering customer details such as E Mail Addresses and Mobile Numbers.
- Construct a Frequent Customer Scheme with clear Membership Advantages.
- Start sending out E Zines at least Bi-Monthly
- Test distribution of Last Minute Offers via text SMS Messages.
- Appoint someone to be responsible for the website, give them targets and measure the performance.
- Set up and maintain a good Google Adwords Campaign.
- Start using the website to advertise my Job Vacancies.
- Promote Offers via E Bay
- Add 2 short News Articles/Press Releases every month.
- Ensure my hotel Events and Entertainment are regularly added to the site
- Start putting on the website Photos and Videos from Weddings held on the premises.
- Encourage customers to 'interact' with the website ie Put in place a system
