Gift Vouchers - Its not too late, we have seen that Christmas Eve is the best day of the year for online sales of Gift Vouchers. Do you have yours set up and are they highlighted strongly on your website? Have you sent an E zine to your customers reminding them that you offer Gift Vouchers?
2011 Room Rates - All the OTA/Booking Engines are telling us that there are hotels who have still not set up their rates for 2011. We recommend you do this before December 31st as January always appears to be a strong month for forward bookings. We have always assumed that the reason is many holiday makers get Christmas out of the way, then start planning their summer holidays. SO ENSURE YOUR RATES ARE SET UP FOR 2011
