In the Website Statistics menu, click Graphical Reports (1). A number of graphs and tables will be displayed, including:
Website Traffic – the number of visitors to the site and the number of pages viewed per month.
Online Revenue – total
online revenue generated through the AccuBook booking Engine (through
your website and also through any other portal website you may be
listed on).
Mailing List Subscribers – the number of people in your customer database.
Total Articles – the number of articles added to your website. It is important to increase the content on your website regularly with relevant information to improve your search engine ranking.
Total SMS Batches Sent – the number of batch SMS messages sent.
Total Newsletter Batches Sent – the number of batches of newsletters sent to the customer database. It is important to keep your customers informed of any special offers you have. These newsletter should be sent once per month, with an offer just for people subscribed to your newsletter (i.e. your frequent customers).
