1. From the Reports menu, click Competitor Analysis (1). By default, data for the past 12 months is displayed.

2. To select a different time period, use one of the following methods: a) Click on the small calendar icon next to the Start or End (2) fields. A popup calendar will be displayed. Click on the blue arrows to change the month, and click on the day to select it. b) Type a new date into the Start or End (2) fields in the format dd/mm/yy (for example, “22/09/2008”). c) Click in the Start or End (2) field. Use the Page Up or Page Down keys to change the month, and the Up Arrow and Down Arrow keys to change the day.

3. Click View Report. (3) The requested information is displayed.

4. Move your mouse over the graphs and charts for more information. You can also click and drag your mouse to “zoom in” on a particular date range.

5. Your hotel is represented by a line with pink shading underneath. The other lines represent your competitors. Although you won't see their names because of confidentiality, they are businesses who are managed by your AccuBook key account manager.
