1. From the main menu, click Loyalty Scheme (1). The loyalty scheme setup form is displayed. Consult the table below for more information on this form.
2. Click the View Details (8) button. Information about your current levels (if any) is displayed.
3. Click the Edit (14) button next to the level you want to modify. The Edit button will become an Update button, the Delete button will become a Cancel button, and the fields for that level will become editable.
4. Modify the Number of Stays (9), Description (10), Message to Staff (11), and Message to Customer (12) (only required for “open” schemes) as needed. See Creating a loyalty scheme for more information on the fields in this form.
5. Click the Update (14) button.
