Manage your Coupon Codes by clicking on "Corporate Rates / Coupon Codes" in the Admin pages of the Booking Engine.

You will be shown a list of coupon codes and the option to add a new coupon code.

Coupon Name
This is the name of the coupon. It will be listed in the booking confirmation and during the checkout process in the booking engine

Offer Code
This is the code that the person must enter to avail of the discount

Valid Check in Dates
You can set the date for which this coupon is valid. E.g. if it is for a wedding then you would select the date of the wedding, or you can choose a longer period e.g. 1st October to 30th November.

Valid Days
The coupon can be restricted so it can only be used on certain days of the week with the valid check-in dates specified in the earlier step. E.g. the coupon may only be valid on Mondays, Tuedays and Wednesdays.

Valid Room Types
The coupon can be restricted to certain rooms. E.g. A corporate coupon code may only be used with single rooms mid week.

Discount Rate
This is will adjust the price of the room once the custoer applies the coupon to their basket.
The adjustment can either be:

• A Fixed Rate: The room will be sold at the specified rate
• A Percentage Discount: The room will be sold at the specified discount off the advertised rate
• A Value Discount: The room will be sold with a value off, e.g. €10 off the advertised rate.
