Creating a package

1. From the Inventory menu, select Edit/Create Packages (1). The package management form is displayed, with a list of your current packages (if any have been defined). Consult the table below for more information on this form.

2. At the bottom of the form is an empty row for creating new packages. Select the package type (2) and enter the package name (3), description (4), price (5), length of stay (6) and the lead time before arrival. (7)

3. Click the Add button. (8)

4. Because the new package does not yet have any allocation, it will be displayed with the symbol. Enter allocation as described under Inventory: Bulk/Rack Rate Allocation or Inventory: Allocation.
