Creating a room

1. From the Inventory menu, select Edit/Create Rooms (1). The room management form is displayed, with a list of your current rooms (if any have been defined). Consult the table below for more information on this form.

2. At the bottom of the form is an empty row for creating new rooms. Enter the room name (2), description (3), default allocation (4) and default price. (5)

3. To prevent single-night stays on a particular night of the week, select it from the dropdown list. (6)

4. If you do not want to make the room active at this time (perhaps you want to edit it further, or the room type will not be needed until a later date), clear the Active tickbox. (7)

5. Click the Add button. (8)
