Many hotels choose to lower their rates when demand is low, and increase them when demand is high. The AccuBook Demand Manager simplifies this task. If you haven't already done so, configure the Demand Manager using the Demand Manager Setup page. (From the Inventory menu, select Demand Manager Setup.) Enter your occupancy rates (percent full) into the Occupancy row (13). After you've entered a value, if you use Tab or Shift + Tab or click another field, the price will be updated according to the rules you defined when you set up the Demand Manager.
