When a customer makes a reservation using the AccuBook Booking Engine they pay a deposit.
This deposit amount should be credited to your customer as if they have paid you the deposit. On departure their bill will show all charges for their stay and they will pay you the full amount less the deposit taken when booking.
We will send you a monthly invoice for the bookings in that month, you do not need to pay the invoice as it has been settled using the booking deposit.
You can use this invoice to claim VAT where applicable.
