Web Builder Translations

A webbuilder website can be translated into 4 languages in addition to the default language.

When a website visitor visits the homepage of the site, if their computer is in a language which the site has been translated to, they will automatically be redirected to the Translated version of the homepage.

Flags for each language that the site has been translated to will be shown on the site so visitors can select to view a translated version of the site.

Clicking on the flag will bring the user to the translated version of the homepage.

Only pages that have been translated will be shown in the menu navigation, it is not necessary to translate all pages within the site.

The urls of pages in the site are as follows

Etc…

Paths to translated pages will be pre-pended by the language code of the translation e.g. fr, de, ga (noe the addresses below can also be translated to the target language to improve SEO)

The French version of your site would be http://www.yourdomain.com/fr

It is possible to translate the following items of a page.

• Page Title
• Meta Description
• Meta Keywords
• Page Name ( as is shown in menu navigation )
• Page Address
