All Travel Agents after being approved start in 'Pre Pay Status'. This allows them to purchase rooms on behalf of customers, and pay for them, in advance via a secure payment provider.
Hotels do have the opportunity to change how they work with a Travel Agent. When a hotel logons on they can change the commission and the payment status of the Travel Agent to 'Post Pay'.
