What is AccuBook?
AccuBook is a Booking Engine with Secure Online Payment Facilities that can be integrated into your website.
How does it work?
You, the Accommodation Provider 'Allocate' a quantity of Rooms and 'Packages' to the Booking Engine, ie They tell the system how many they have to sell.
When a room or package sells online the Allocation decreases.
What do i have to do?
Once the Booking Engine is set up, the main work is to long on to the Booking Engin and 'close out' rooms when your property is full. If you dont there is of course a risk of over-booking.
What is the booking process?
After booking both you and the customer AUTOMATICALLY receive a confimration e mail (you can elect to have the bookings sent to your mobile phone).
You must click on the link 'Confirm Receipt of Booking' otherwise the booking will be resent.
The E Mail contains all booking details including customer contact details EXCEPT the Credit Card Details.
What does it cost?
When a customer books, they pay a deposit that is equal to the commission you are being charged to use the booking engine. ie There is no invoicing or financial transfers.
What happens if there is an over-booking?
You need to organise refund of the Booking Fee direct with the customer.
What happens in the case of a 'no show'?
In this case you can request the credit card details to apply a charge manually.

- You must logon regularly to maintain your allocation.
- In the event of an 'over-booking' you must refund the deposit direct with the customer.
- If your packages are not displaying it is most likely because there is no allocation.
- You must click on the link 'Confirm Receipt of Booking' otherwise the booking will be resent.
