It is possible to create a new business in the AccuBook Bookign Engine and to edit any business you have access to. The following describes the fields available to configure. Some may be legacy fields that will be removed in the future and some are for new features that are about to be released.

As well as creating the business, you need to assign the business to one or more sites ( so the business can sell on those sites ), and assign a login to the business so someone can login and update the pricing and availability for the business.

Note: It is important that everyone who logs in to the system has their own login. Two people should not be logging in using the same username and password.

Business Name
The name as shown on the checkout page, required when assigning a business to a site. Should not be changed.

Contact Name
Contact within the hotel that booking queries should be directed to.

Booking Engine Settings

Terms & Conditions
Enter the Terms and Conditions for the business. The customer must agree to these when making the booking. 

Send T&C in Confirmation Email
It is possible to include the Terms and Conditions in the Email send to the business. 
 
Business is in Test Mode
No payment will be taken from a customer when a business is in Test Mode. Typically a business would be in test mode until the website is finished and all pricing and availability have been entered into the booking engine. They are then ready to go live.
 
Product Name
The name of the items this business sells, e.g. Room, Cottage, House, Apartment. This allows the Admin area and the check out pages to mention exactly what type of product they business is selling.

End Date Inclusive
Is the stay duration during the day rather than overnight. If the business was selling 4hour boat trips. The departure date is the same as the arrival so this should be ticked.
