Configuring AccuSell

To set up a new Agent on AccuSell you must first enter the username and password for hte selected Booking Engine Agent. Enter the uplift you want to apply to prices on this Booking Engine and click 'Add to AccuSell'

AccuSell will then automatically search the selected agent for the rooms you have listed on that agent.

You will be informed once the rooms have been found ( usually takes around 30 seconds ).

You must then map the rooms in AccuBook to the rooms in the Agent. Causing changes to the availability and pricing for the rooms to be sent accross to the mapped room on the agent with the uplift ( if any ) applied.

Once the rooms have been mapped, you can turn on AccuSell for that agent. The rates and availability will then automatically be sent accross to the Agent so you can now manage the Agent centrally in the AccuBook System.

1. To set up a new agent enter the username and password and required uplift
2. When a new agent is added AccuSell will search the agent for rooms.
3. Rooms on the agent need to be mapped to Rooms in AccuBook The Settings / Room Mapping Button allows you to map the rooms and update the Agent Username and Password ( doesnt change teh actual password on the agent - just the details AccuSell use to access your account ) or change the uplift.
4. The status of the Connection, Green when running, Orange when stopped
5. Start and Stop the connection - This also shows if no rooms have been mapped - its not possible to start the connection until some rooms have been mapped.
6. If the rooms have changed on the Agent, this button can be clicked to add those rooms into AccuSell, you will need to remap the rooms again once the updated rooms have been found.
