Using the advanced toolbar

The advanced toolbar offers additional controls for editing website text.
To enable the advanced toolbar, select “Advanced” in the Select Toolbar
drop-down menu. The following options are available:

• Paste (13) – pastes content that has been copied to the clipboard,
   from text documents, etc.
• Paste as plain text (14) – pastes formatted text as plain text.
• Paste from Word (15) – pastes content from Word, keeping the original formatting.
• Undo (16) – reverses changes made, starting with the last change made.
• Redo (17) – redoes changes that have been undone using the Undo option.
• Remove Formatting (18) – undoes formatting, such as bold, italics, etc.
• Underline (19) – adds an underline to text.
• Decrease Indent (20) – decreases the indentation of the selected text.
• Increase Indent (21) – increases the indentation of the selected text.
• Left Justify (22) – aligns text to the left.
• Center Justify (23) – aligns text to the centre.
• Right Justify (24) – aligns text to the right.
• Block Justify (25) – aligns text along both margins.
• Insert/Edit Anchor (26) – inserts or edits an anchor in the websites text.
   An anchor links to a section of a pages text, used for large blocks of text instead
   of scrolling. A popup will appear and prompt the user for an anchor name,
   this is then used to link to that anchor.
• Insert/Edit Table (27) – adds a table to the page. A popup will appear with various
   options for the table including, rows, columns, border, etc.
• Insert Horizontal Line (28) – adds a horizontal line onto the page.
• Insert Special Character (29) – opens a popup box with a number of
   special characters, @, $, etc.
• Format (30) – choose heading types from the dropdown list.
• Text Colour (31) – choose the colour of the text.
• Background Colour (32) – choose the colour of the background of the page.
• Source (33) – used to enter HTML or script code to a page.
