1. In the Other Features menu, select Manage Security (1). The security form will be displayed.
2. Click Create User (2). The sign-up form will be displayed.
3. Enter a unique User Name.
4. Enter the same password in both the Password and Confirm Password fields.
5. Enter the Email address.
6. Click Create User (4). The user account will be created.
