Sending an SMS (text) message to an individual employee

1. In the Text An Employee menu, select Send Single SMS (1). The single alert form will be displayed.

2. Select the Employee you wish to send the message to.

3. In the Message From field, enter the name you want to display on the recipient’s phone as the sender of the SMS message.

4. In the Message field, type your message, up to 160 characters, including spaces.

5. Click send (3) to send the message, or cancel (4) to cancel without sending.
