You can view detailed statistics about reader interaction with newsletters that you send. The information tracked includes:
• who has opened the newsletter
• who has clicked on any of the link
• who has performed a room search
Statistics are tracked for the most recent newsletter. As soon as you send another, reader interaction with previous newsletters is no longer tracked. You can, however, continue to see the overall statistics.
To view newsletter statistics:
1. In the Online Marketing menu, select View newletters (3). A list of newsletters that you have created will be displayed.
2. Click View Statistics next to the newsletter you want to view the statistics for. The summary statistics will be displayed.
3. If this is your most recent newsletter, detailed statistics will be available. To see the full statistical report, click Available (13) next to Full Detailed Report.
