1. In the Online Marketing menu, select Send Bulk Text (1). The bulk text form will be displayed.
2. Select the Customer Category (5) you want to send the text to. (See Customer Management for information on how to create a customer database and assign customers to categories.)
3. In the Message From field, enter the name you want to display on the recipient’s phone as the sender of the SMS message.
4. Enter your Message , up to a maximum of 160 characters, including spaces.
5. Click send (6) to send the message, or cancel changes (7) to cancel without sending.
