The AccuBook Media Centre will share information about your event with a large number of other websites. To use this feature you must have entered your Media Centre username and password into the General Settings – Administrator Settings page.
1. In the Entertainment & Events menu, select Media Centre Events (2). A list of your current media centre events is displayed.
2. Click New event (7). An empty event details form is displayed.
3. Select the Business and Category.
4. Enter the Event Title, Start Date, End Date, Location, and Description. See “WYSIWYG Editor” for information on formatting the description.
5. Click save (8) to save your changes, or cancel changes (9) to cancel.
Tip: At least one business should be available in the drop down list at the top of the page. If the drop down list says ‘No Businesses Available’ then you have not entered your Media Centre login details into the General Settings - Administrator Settings page, or the login details are incorrect or not assigned to any businesses.
