Deleting duplicate information

1. In the Customer Management menu, select Customers (2). The list of your current customers will be displayed.

2. Click Delete duplicates (11). There may be a pause while your customer database is processed, then the (cleaned) customer list will be redisplayed with a message about the number of duplicates removed.

Tip: It is important that you do not have the same email address entered into a category many times, otherwise this customer will receive your newsletters many times. This may result in this customer unsubscribing from your newsletter.
