1. In the Customer Management menu, select Customer Categories (6).
2. A list of your current customer categories will be displayed.
3. Click Delete (6) beside the category you wish to delete. A confirmation dialogue appears.
4. Click OK to delete the category, or cancel to cancel the deletion.
Tip: You cannot delete a category that contains customers.
