Some people prefer to update allocation and prices in the Allocation Screen where they can see everything in one go. However if you want to update 6 months worth of prices/avaialability this can mean a lot of laborious data entry.
It can be done quicker in the 'Bulk Room Allocation' screen. Do note that if you do NOT enter prices or allocation into a field then it will NOT change or over-ride existing entries.
